Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Right of Withdrawal To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at klausguese@meatware.de.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items Please note that our products are printed on demand specifically for you. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for items that are not defective or damaged (e.g., if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size). If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
