1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop www.meatware.de by consumers in accordance with Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

3. Subject matter of the contract
We sell individually designed products through our online shop using the print-on-demand process. The designs and texts are largely created using AI. The products are only produced on behalf of the customer after the order has been placed.

4. Conclusion of contract
The product presentations in the online shop are not a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the products contained in your shopping cart.

5. Prices and payment terms
The prices listed do not include VAT according to Section 19 of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG). Additional shipping costs may apply. Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.

6. Delivery
Delivery is handled by external print-on-demand service providers. Delivery time is typically 5–10 business days.

7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB). For further details, see "Cancellation Policy."

8. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

9. Liability
The statutory provisions apply. We are fully liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.

10. Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.

11. Final provisions
German law applies. The contract language is German.
