1.🔥 What is MEATWEAR?
MEATWEAR is more than clothing – it’s an attitude.
We make shirts, hoodies, bags, and mugs for everyone who puts their heart and soul into the grill. For meat lovers with style, for charcoal philosophers, and BBQ kings.
Our designs: uncompromising, humorous, high-quality.
Our textiles: organic, fair – and incredibly comfortable to wear.
2.👕 How do the sizes fit?
Our products are cut a little wider – ideal for movement at the grill and that extra burger.
If you're between sizes, we recommend the smaller size for a more fitted look or the larger size for casual comfort.

3.🌱 Are your shirts really organic?
Yes, and without compromise.
We only use GOTS-certified organic textiles from Higher Blanks and Vacancy .
No pesticides, no child labor – instead with responsibility, quality and a fabric feel you won't want to take off.
Because: Whatever goes on the grill is high quality. The same applies to the shirt.
4.📍 Where are your products manufactured?
Our shirts and hoodies come from Turkey , a country with high textile standards, strong organic certification and traceable production conditions.
Not from questionable mass production in India, Bangladesh or Thailand.
The finishing – i.e. printing, quality control and shipping – takes place directly in Germany .
Why? Because we value not only the origin, but also the finish .
You get a product that exudes quality at every stage – from the fabric to the print.
5. 🖨️ How is printing done?

Shirts, hoodies & bags: via DTG printing (Direct to Garment) – durable, detailed, breathable and skin-friendly

Mugs: sublimation printed – colorfast, dishwasher safe and break-free
Our prints are not cheap stickers – they are a real statement.
That's why your design remains as stable as your grill grate.
6.📦 How long does shipping take?
All products are produced on demand —that is, only after you place your order. This saves resources and ensures you receive a fresh, individually crafted product.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.
Note: During peak times—e.g., around holidays or during barbecue season—there may be occasional delays.
7.💸 How much does shipping cost?

🌍 International (e.g. Canada, Australia, UAE...)
Shipping costs are flat rate, regardless of the number or weight of your order.
8.📬 Why didn't I get everything at once?
Because sometimes your package arrives like a good grill: in courses.
A steak simply takes longer than a sausage – some products simply need a little more time on the grill.
But don't worry: a good grill chef will still make sure that everything is ready at the same time if possible.
We also try to deliver your order as complete as possible. Should partial deliveries occur, this is due to differences in production processes.
In any case, you will get everything you ordered – served hot, piece by piece.
9. 🔁 What to do if your product doesn't fit or you don't like it?
No problem. You have 30 days to return your item – provided it's unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

10. 🧵 What to do in case of production errors?
If the print is blurred, an item is missing, or you received the wrong product:
Simply send a photo to retoure@meatware.de – we will review the case and quickly provide a replacement.
Important: Please do not return anything without consulting us.
11. ♻️ What happens with returns?
With us, nothing ends up in the trash.
Each product is individually crafted for you – and receives the appreciation it deserves.
We treat returns responsibly:

Donation: Portable returns are donated to social institutions or aid projects.

B-Stock & Promotions: Some returns go into the MEATWEAR Inner Circle – there you'll find exclusive raffles, discounts, and limited drops.
This is how we turn returns into something good again – for the environment, the community, and barbecue culture.
12.❗ Who bears the return costs?
Usually you – since we don’t have a warehouse and each product is produced individually for you.
But: Contact us in advance – we often find a solution without return.
13. 🎁 Do you also offer gift vouchers?
Sure! Our digital vouchers are ideal for barbecue birthdays, BBQ buddies, or spontaneous gift ideas.
Immediately after purchase, you'll receive the code via email. Ready to gift.
14. 🧢 Can I have MEATWEAR shirts custom printed (e.g. with names)?
Yes – we offer personalization options for selected shirts, e.g., with names, grill titles, or nicknames such as:

Yes – we also produce individual cushions for barbecue clubs, men’s groups, events or company barbecue teams .

We're not robots, but we're pretty fast.
You will usually receive a response within 24–48 hours – often much faster.
We really step up our game when it comes to questions about orders or problems.
We promise: You won't get standard blabber, but real support.
