3. Hosting by Shopify Our store is hosted on the servers of Shopify Inc. Shopify provides us with the e-commerce platform through which we sell our goods. Your data is stored on Shopify's servers in the USA and Canada. Shopify is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which guarantees an adequate level of data protection. We have entered into a data processing agreement (DPA) with Shopify.

4. Data Collection and Contract Fulfillment (Print-on-Demand) In order to process your order and produce your gear, we collect your name, address, and payment details. Transfer to Production Partners: Your data (name and shipping address) will be passed on to our Print-on-Demand partners (e.g., Shirtigo GmbH or MarketPrint) so that they can produce the goods and ship them directly to you. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR (fulfillment of contract).

5. Analysis and Tracking Tools We use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to understand user behavior in our shop and improve our offers.
