Cancellation policy – Your rights with Meatware

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Klaus Güse, Im Kleegarten 12, 56751 Polch, Tel.: 02654/9633784, E-Mail: klausguese@meatware.de) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or e-mail).

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Exclusion of revocation
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive (e.g. personalized shirts), or which are clearly tailored to personal needs.
